This website has no contact form collecting data. The only personal data processed is the data you give me when booking an appointment by phone or email (name, phone number, email address, information about your animal), as well as the data shown on your bank transfer or Wero payment.

Browsing: this website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may record technical connection data (IP address) for security purposes. The website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.
Language preference: if you choose a language, this choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so the website is shown in that language on your next visit. This information is not sent to me.

Why is this data collected?

Only to organize and carry out your behavioral consultation, and for follow-up and invoicing.

How long is this data kept?

Appointment information is kept for as long as needed to manage the client relationship, then deleted or archived in accordance with legal retention obligations (in particular accounting obligations).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact me directly at laurena.haroy@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

No data is sold, transferred or used for advertising purposes.
