Frequently asked questions — Behavioral consultations for dogs and cats

Please note: consultations are held in French only.

How much does a behavioral consultation for my dog or cat cost?

A behavioral consultation lasts 1 hour. It costs €70 at your home in Essonne (France) and €50 by video call.

How long does a consultation last?

One hour, at home or by video call. This gives time to analyze your animal's behavior in depth and to build a real support plan together.

Is a video consultation as effective as an in-person one?

Yes, the vast majority of behavior problems can be assessed and supported remotely, as long as your animal is observed carefully in its usual environment. Video calls also make it possible to support French speakers anywhere in the world, whereas in-person visits are limited to Essonne.

How many sessions are needed to improve my animal's behavior?

It depends entirely on the situation: some adjustments show results from the first consultation, while more established problems need follow-up over several weeks. This is always discussed together according to your situation, with no commitment required beyond one consultation.

Should I see a veterinarian before contacting you?

If your animal shows a sudden change in behavior, pain, sudden house soiling or any other physical symptom, then yes: veterinary advice is essential first, to rule out a medical cause. Otherwise, you can contact me directly.

How does a video consultation work?

Once your appointment is booked, we talk by video call at the agreed time. I ask you precise questions about your dog's or cat's behavior, daily life and environment, to identify the origin of the problem and give you practical solutions.

Do you work with all breeds and ages?

Yes, I work with dogs and cats of all ages, from puppies and kittens to seniors, whatever the breed.

How do I book a consultation?

All consultations are booked by phone on +33 6 20 65 78 88 (in French), whether they take place at home in Essonne or by video call.

How do I pay for the consultation?

By bank transfer or Wero.
